Housing #2

This is the second condo. It's in the same building(kinda), so the location's pretty good, too. It's facing north, so not a lot of sunlight, but it's fine in the pictures. Every thing's pretty nice, too. Layout's good, like the Kitchen. It would be perfect EXPCET it's really dirty. The person living in here really sabotaged this place.

First, look at the washing machine. Eww

Then look at the floor (two pictures), if you look closely, there are some really visible stains.

I don't mind living in there if the owner can clean off the stains and... really clean the washing machine.
