Welcome to my world (of Pokemon?)

I've done some vlogging before, never blogging, but because the living environment right now doesn't allow me to vlog very much so I resorted to blogging. I guess I should start by doing some introductions and get the awkward things out of the way. Maybe I'll just list them, it's a lot faster this way.

Last night, my friend Crystal invited me to go eat dinner at an Irish restaurant called MoonBloomy or something along that line. I can't really recall the name anymore, and it was only yesterday night. It's an Irish pub-diner place. I swear it's not because I was drunk that I didn't remember the name; I blame my goldfish memory span!! Anyways, her friends, Lisa and Cara were also there with her. Actually, Lisa's the reason why we're going to the restaurant in the first place. She has coupons from the infamous "Entertainment Book". Sigh... I still remember back in high school when I tried to sell that for some fund raising just so that I can go to Ireland.

Either way, it was a ten minutes walk from my residence, a walkable distance considering that it's at least -10C outside (probably colder at night time). The restaurant didn't give out an Irish feel; it's nothing like the pubs I saw in Ireland. I ordered French Onion Soup and Steak Sandwich... they were just okay. Acceptable, but doesn't stand out. The fries were great though, reminds me the fries from New York Fries. Mmmmm. Lisa ordered this salad, and I find the decorations really interesting. They baked & deep-fried potatoe chips(like Nachos) in a bowl shape and used that to hold the salad. I like how I go to an irish pub, but doesn't order irish food. I really don't want to eat Fish and Chips though. Not ever again...

We ate and chat about... stuff =] The night was going great until I found out they don't take debit card. Good thing is that I have my credit card with me, so it wasn't a BIG problem. We went to Starbucks after that. I, being me, ordered my new-found favourite drink (thanks to a certain someone) Black Tea Lemonade. The four of us sat there and talked really loudly about movies and sex, but not porn movies... umm... it's complicated. XD As that went on, people around us left one by one; we probably scared them off. Oh well. 'Tis all good. Walking back from Starbucks was a nightmare though. It was so cold!!! The temperature might be just -10C, but the wind chill made it feels like -20 or 30, it was crazy. I still survived though, or else I wouldn't be here writing about it.

I watched the newest episode of 'Doctor Who', the best TV show ever. maybe. I still need to get a few people to watch it, so I won't spoil anything on here. For those who doesn't know what 'Doctor Who' is, it's about this man who calls himself the doctor because for some reason(not yet revealed) he refuses to tell people his real name(also not revealed). He is a Time Lord, who travels on his spaceship called the T.A.R.D.I.S - Time And Relative Dimension In Space. He always have a companion with him to "see the stars" and the "wonderful worlds out there". It's really hard to explain it without spoiling too much, so long story short... he time travels and events happen, and finale ties everything together!! Now go watch it!
